Mayor @JohnTory proclaims today as #RehabilitationDay in Toronto. Thank you to our geriatric care teams who rehabilitate older adults. The sfCare learning Series can help with mobilization. The learning series comprises an education module for clinicians, a poster, and a patient handout. The first 10 people to comment on our mobility materials will win posters! #sfCare https://www.rgptoronto.ca/resources/search/?key=sfCare%20Learning%20Series
