The sfCare Learning Series supports healthcare providers in optimizing care for the unique needs of older adults. The series provides free, evidence-based education and tools for PSWs, clinicians, and caregivers on key clinical topics that support resilience, independence, and quality of life for older adults living with frailty.

Caregiving Strategies Course – Caregiver Learning Series

Co-developed with caregivers, this series provides resources on 8 topics: changes in thinking and behaviour (delirium), staying active, medication management, pain, social engagement, nutrition, bladder health, and caring for the caregiver. Intended for all caregivers (family members, friends, spouses, community members) who provide care and support for an older adult with frailty.
